Can other apps access the legal matter data stored in LexVoda?
LexVoda stores matter data in its private app storage, which other apps cannot normally read under Apple's app sandboxing protections. Matter data can become available outside LexVoda when you choose to export or share it, save it to a shared location, include it in a backup or synchronisation service, or send it through another app.
How does on-device processing satisfy ABA Model Rule 1.6?
Under ABA Model Rule 1.6(c), lawyers must make reasonable efforts to prevent inadvertent or unauthorized disclosure of client information. By keeping all compute on local hardware, LexVoda eliminates third-party data processor agreements, server breaches, sub-processor training, and cloud subpoena risks.
